Configuring Network Settings
To use Opera to access the Internet on your phone, you need to set
your data account and WAP parameters, and activate a network
connection profile first.
Setting the Data Account
To set the data account, do the following:
1.
Tap
> WAP browser > Internet service > Settings > Data
account, or tap
> Settings > Connectivity > Data account.
2.
Tap Options > Add.
3.
Set the parameters based on the information provided by your
service provider.
4.
Tap OK and then Yes to save the settings.
Setting the WAP Parameters
To set the WAP parameters, do the following:
1.
Tap
> WAP browser > Internet service > Settings > Profiles.
2.
Tap Add new.
3.
Set the parameters based on the information provided by your
service provider.
4.
Tap Done to save the settings.
Activating a Network Connection Profile
To activate a network connection profile, do the following:
1.
Tap
> App store > Java > Java network.
2.
Tap the desired profile.
Accessing a Website
To access a website using Opera, do the following:
