If any device parameter is inconsistent with its initial configuration, change it to the initial
configuration unless you are permitted to change it otherwise.
Step 4
After checking that each chiller meets the initial configuration requirements, select the chiller
host on the controller and click
Start
.
If a chiller fails to start as excessive air accumulates in the cooling system, expel the air and
then restart the chiller.
Step 5
Check that currents of different phases are balanced using the clamp meter after the chiller has
started.
Step 6
Check whether the compressor is running. Remove the pin of the solenoid valve and touch the
solenoid valve using a conductive object such as a screwdriver. If the object is attracted, the
solenoid valve is electrified, and the compressor is running; otherwise, the compressor is not
running. You can also use a clamp meter to measure the current changes to determine whether
the compressor is running.
Step 7
After the chiller has been running with full load after a period of time, check whether the high
and low pressures of the system are normal, and whether the pressures of different chillers are
the same.
Step 8
During the commissioning process, if the sight glass shows that the refrigerant flows with
bubbles or makes a hiss sound when flowing through the flow regulating valve, the section
after the flow regulating valve becomes frosty, or the high and low pressures are abnormal,
then promptly check, analyze, and rectify the fault.
The chilled water circulates in the system. If you run the system for too long or run multiple
chillers at the same time, the chilled water inlet temperature may become too low, which can
trigger chiller freezing protection or chiller shutdown. Therefore, do not run multiple chillers
during the commissioning.
