How do I turn the device on/off?
Answer:
Press the button that is located on the far right of the black bar on the front side of the
MiFi to turn it on.
Question:
Where can I find the Password of my WiFi network ?
Answer:
The Password of the WiFi network is located on the inside of the lide of your MiFi.
Question:
How do I connect with the device ?
Answer:
Open the list of wireles networks on you phone/tablet/laptop and select the
corresponding Network (SSID) .
Question:
What do I do when I see the SSID but I can’t connect ?
Answer:
1: Check to see if you have put in the correct Password.
2: Check the amount of connected devices as the maximum is 5.
Question:
What do I do when I see “No Service” in the HiLink App ?
Answer:
This can be caused by the following:
1.
Unstable mobile network Signal.
a.
This mostly applies when you had signal but are now in a area with no
coverage.
2.
Input the wrong APN information in the HiLink App
a.
Check the APN settings in the HiLink App.
3.
No active data bundle
a.
This applies when you had a signal earlier but you used up your data.
Check you usage and top-up your SIM card when needed.
b.
Your data bundle has not yet been activated by us
c.
You are using the SIM card outside of the determined country of the SIM
card. (See product page of SIM card to see in which countries it works)
