Groups
Phone numbers in the phone book can be saved in different groups
for easy management. You can select
MENU
→
Phone
Book
→
Groups
. Ten groups will be displayed. You can select a group, and
then select
OPTION
to view, add, rename, or delete the group.
View
Select
VIEW
, and the records in the group are displayed. If there is
no record, “empty” is displayed.
Add
You can add multiple phone numbers to a group:
1.
Select
Add
.
2.
Select a phone number, and then select
ASSIGN
to add this
number to the group.
Rename
You can select
Rename
to change the group name, and then select
OK
to save the name.
Delete
You can delete one or more phone numbers in the group. Select
Delete
, and then select the phone number. Press the Left soft key or
OK
key to delete the selected number.
Speed Dial
You can call a phone number simply by pressing one numeric key
through the Speed Dial function.
To assign a Speed Dial number, do as follows:
