The supported video format is MP4. The video size depends on the available space of your
phone.

1.12.9 What picture formats and resolutions does my phone
support?

The supported picture format is JPG and resolution is up to 3264 x 2448 pixels (8 MP).

1.13 Streaming media

1.13.1 Will my phone stop playing streaming media when a call
comes in? If yes, will it resume playing when the call ends?



Your phone stops playing streaming media when you have an incoming call.



If the call lasts for less than 3 minutes, the streaming media automatically resumes
playing when the call ends. Otherwise, manual operations are required.

1.13.2 Why can't my phone play some streaming media?



The file format is not supported.

Your phone supports the following audiovisual encoding formats and file formats:
