For Android:

Step 1, Enter into " Setting", click "Other wireless connections",

Step 2, Enter into "Other wireless connections", click “Personal hotspot”,

Step 3, Enter into “Personal hotspot”, enable personal hotspot

Step 4, Enter into “User name and password setting” to set Name and password as

below.

Step 5, Click “OK” to finish setting.
