Congratulations on your purchase!  This document provides instructions on how to set up, 
install, and program your call blocker model CT-CID803.

Quick Setup: 
This device is powered by your phone line. Simply plug-in your Call Blocker to an existing 
phone jack (or modem) in series or parallel (as shown below) and wait for calls to start ringing.  
Then follow the instructions under the ‘Getting Started’ section below to start building your 
BLACKLIST. It’s that simple! 
IMPORTANT: Please make sure your phone line has ‘Caller ID service’ active.  Your Call Blocker 
will not work properly without it. If you are not sure, please contact your telephone service 
provider.

 TIP 2:   

In the rare case that your Call Blocker device is NOT registering incoming 

calls, please call us to request an exchange/replacement unit.  A similar call 
blocker device using a different software (compatible with your service) can be 
sent to you at no additional cost if requested within the first 30 days of the 
purchase date.  

Installation:  
There are 2 ways of installing your call blocker as shown below.  Your call blocker should work 
in both settings.  First, you should try the SERIES INSTALLATION.  Only if you experience any
