5. Use
The VDP150OAW8 is controlled by 8 DMX channels:
CHANNEL 1: 8-bit pan movement (max. 540°)
CHANNEL 2: 8-bit tilt movement (max. 280°)
CHANNEL 3: 16-bit pan movement fine
CHANNEL 4: 16-bit tilt movement fine
CHANNEL 5: speed of pan and tilt movement
CHANNEL 6: colour selection
CHANNEL 7: dimmer
CHANNEL 8: strobe effect

b) DMX512 Connection
Connect the provided XLR cable with the female 3-pin XLR output
of your controller and the other side to the male 3-pin XLR input of
the
VDP150OAW8 . You can connect multiple VDL150OAW8 ’s in
series. Use a screened cable with XLR input and output
connectors. Please refer to the figure at the right.
