Hewlett-Packard provides a 1-year, next-day, parts exchange, limited warranty for the HP StorageWorks
RDX Removable Disk Backup System, plus 9x5 phone support for the duration of the warranty.
HP warrants only that the StorageWorks software media will be free of physical defects for a period of
ninety (90) days from delivery.
