Position the computer on its side and open so you can access the bottom.

Insert a blunt tool into the keyboard release opening near the fan, and then press gently on the back of
the keyboard until it disengages from the computer.
CAUTION:
Press gently to avoid damaging the keyboard.

Position the computer upright and open the display as far as possible.
