Special Keyboard Buttons Continued

 

 

Office Hot Keys 

 

This keyboard features 12 integrated Office Hot Keys along the row of the F1 through F12 
keys. This feature is toggled by the   key.  When you press the   key the Office Keys 
feature is activated. To turn off the Office Keys feature, press the   key again. 

 

F1: New 

Creates a new file in the application you are using (new e-mail for instance). 

F2: Forward 

Forwards the selected email in Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express.

 

F3: Reply 

Replies to the selected email in Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express. 

F4: Reply All 

Replies to the selected email to all in Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express. 

F5: Undo 

Reverses the last command or deletes the last entry you typed or action. 

F6: Redo 

Reverses the action of the Undo command.  

F7: Save 

Saves the active file with current file name, location and file format. 

F8: Send 

Sends the selected email in Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express. 

F9: Cut 

Removes the selection from the active document and copies it to the clipboard. 

F10: Copy 

Copies the selection to the clipboard. 

F11: Paste 

Pastes the previously cut or copied items from the clipboard. 

F12: Spell 

Starts the spelling-check program in the active document.
