Users

operator

attribute.
The
message
text
sp ecied
in
this
attribute
is

queue
attribute

the
queue
that
receiv

the
job.
Most
users
do
not
t
ypically
use
the
job-message-to-operator
attribute.
It
is
often
only
used

y
users
who
are
engaged
in
pro duction
prin
ting
or
other
sp ecialized

yp es
of
prin
ting.
When
sending
messages
to
the
op erator,
users
can
also
set
the
v
alue
of
the
job-hold
attribute
to
true
so
that
the
job
will
not
prin
t
b efore
the
op erator
can
resp ond
to
the
message.
HPDPS
sends
the
message
when
it
sends
the
job
to
the
queue.
The
message
could
alert
the
op erator
to
something
sp ecial
ab out

job,

that
it
