Consumer Replaceable Parts Service

Components such as the remote and remote control 
and cables, may be serviced through expedited part 
shipment. In this event, HP will send you the 
component.

HP Unit Exchange Service

In the event of a hardware failure in the product itself, 
we will send you a refurbished replacement product 
equivalent to or with higher performance than your 
original system. When it arrives, pack the defective 
product in the replacement's box, and return it to HP 
using the enclosed prepaid mailer.

HP Software Product License 
Agreement

The HP Software License and Warranty Terms which 
appear below apply to that binary-only portion of the 
Software which is proprietary to HP or over which HP 
intends to assert an ownership right and does not
