Before removing the speakers, follow these steps:

Remove the bottom cover (

Remove the speakers:
1.
(Models with WWAN) Disconnect the speaker cable from the system board (1).
2.
Disconnect the antenna cables from the WWAN module (2).
3.
Remove the four Phillips M1.6 × 3.2 screws (3) that secure the speakers to the computer.
4.
Remove the speakers from the computer (4) .
5.
(Models without WWAN): Disconnect the speaker cable from the system board (1).
6.
Remove the four Phillips M1.6 × 3.2 screws (2) that secure the speakers to the computer.
