Removal and Replacement Procedures

8. Disconnect the TouchPad cable

from the system board.

9. Lift the rear edge of the top cover

until it disengages from

the base enclosure.

10. Lift the top cover straight up

and remove it.

Removing the Top Cover

Reverse the above procedure to install the top cover.
