Using the Diagnostic/IPR Media to Install Diagnostics on Your System

HP Predictive Support

• The inventory of software and patches installed on your systems is tracked by the

PROACTIVE patching utility.

The HP Response Center Engineers use this information to recommend patches for
customers with high-end support agreements, such as Personalized System Support or
