Introduction to back-to-front airflow fan tray
The HP A5830AF-96G back (power side) to front (port side) airflow fan
tray (JC695A), hereafter referred to as back-to-front airflow fan tray,
provides blowing fans that blow air to the inside of the device. It
comprises five separate fans. The fan tray features fast heat dissipation
and hot swapping, and can automatically adjust the fan speed based
on the device temperature.
The fan tray provides a status LED on the front panel to show the
operating status of the fans. When the fans operate properly, the LED is
green. If the LED is red or off, the fans operate abnormally.
