Measurements

Built in error correction provides a powerful measurement capability at
mm-wave frequencies. Systematic errors are mathematically removed from
the measurement system by measuring calibration standards with precisely
known characteristics. Figure 2-6 compares uncorrected and corrected
impedance measurements of a W-band fixed load. The slowly varying trace
shows the result using an S
