process-id
: OSPF process ID, in the range of 1 to 65535.
graceful-restart
: Reset the OSPF process using GR.
Description
Use
reset ospf process
to reset all OSPF processes or a specified process.
Using the
reset ospf process
command will:
•
Clear all invalid LSAs without waiting for their timeouts;
•
Make a newly configured Router ID take effect;
•
Start a new round of DR/BDR election;
•
Not remove any previous OSPF configurations.
The system prompts you to select whether to reset OSPF process upon execution of this command.

# Reset all OSPF processes.

reset ospf redistribution
to restart route redistribution. If no process ID is specified, using the
command restarts route redistribution for all OSPF processes.
