The Bluetooth module spare part kits do not include a Bluetooth module cable. The Bluetooth
module cable is included in the Plastics/Cable Kit, spare part number 483381-001 for model 2133,
511751-001 for model 2140. See

Before removing the Bluetooth module, follow these steps:
1.
Shut down the computer. If you are unsure whether the computer is off or in Hibernation, turn the
computer on, and then shut it down through the operating system.
2.
Disconnect all external devices connected to the computer.
3.
Disconnect the power from the computer by first unplugging the power cord from the AC outlet and
then unplugging the AC adapter from the computer.
4.
Remove the battery (see
Battery on page 44
).
5.
Remove the following components:
a.
Keyboard (see
Keyboard on page 45
)
b.
Hard drive or solid-state drive (see
Mass storage device on page 49
)
c.
Top cover (see
Top cover on page 52
)
d.
Audio board (see
Audio board (Model 2133 only) on page 55
)
Remove the Bluetooth module:
1.
Detach the Bluetooth module
(1)
from the system board.
NOTE:
The Bluetooth module is attached to the system board by double-sided tape.
