Attach the base plate to the Main unit.
Attach to the bottom of the Main unit
with the 4 included flat head screws.

Connect the AC adapter to a power outlet,
and connect the plug of the AC adapter to the Main unit.

Turn on the Power switch and operate the Flexible
arms to align the target.
Turn the Brightness adjust knobs to the desired brightness.
