Trouble-Shooting:  Clock is Not Synchronizing

1. Make sure the AA Alkaline battery is fresh.
2. Try mounting the clock on a wall perpendicular to the one it is currently

on.

(i.e. if it is currently on a North-South wall, try locating on an East-

West wall)

3. Place the clock along a wall near a window that faces Fort Collins, CO.
4. Make sure the clock is at least 4-6 feet away from any computer monitors.
5. To rule out a defective clock, take the clock outdoors at night and power

it down, i.e. remove the battery.  Reinsert the battery and wait several
minutes.  If the clock locates a signal and works properly outside, there
is likely a local signal interference within the building where the clock has
been located.  If the clock does not work outside either, there could be
a malfunction with the clock itself.  In that case, contact APCO at
877.988.2726.
