PROTECT YOUR HEARING
Smoke alarm devices emit a loud audible signal. We recommend
that you always use earplugs or other hearing protection when
programming and testing your smoke alarm devices.
FITTING THE BATTERIES AND TESTING EACH SMOKE
ALARM DEVICE
Twist off the devices mounting plate and install 1 x DC 9V bat-
tery. Make sure you have the right po/- . Test each smoke
alarm device by firmly pressing down the test button for 1 second
and release.
