 When the appliance is turned on for the first time, a short-term 

smell of burnt oil can occur - it means that an excess lubricant available on the 

heating element is removed. This is not a failure symptom.

The appliance is not intended for actuation of an external timer or 

separate remote control system.

Before first use

• 

Remove the appliance from packaging and remove all the packing materials.

• 

Unwind the power cord in full.

• 

Place the appliance on a dry, flat and heat-resistant surface.

• 

Before turning on, make sure that the voltage indicated on appliance name

-

plate corresponds to the voltage of electric network.

• 

Plug the appliance into electric outlet. The appliance is ready for use.

• 

Without  inserting  food  into  the  toaster,  turn  it  on  and  set  the  timer  (5)  to 

maximum position. 

• 

After the appliance automatically switches off, repeat this procedure again, 

while ventilating the room. 

•

Using the appliance

• 

Plug the appliance into electric outlet and place the prepared bread slices in 

special compartments (3).

• 

Set the 6-position browning control (5) to one of positions. Choose a low 

toasting degree (1-2) for little browning, medium (3-4) for moderate toasting 

and high (5-6) for intense toasting.
