Installation
The cooktop has a type Y protection against overheating.
Therefore, the appliance may be installed next to cabinets
which are higher than the surface of the cooktop.
The recessed vitreous china hob may be installed on tops
of 600 mm or more, provided these are treated with
materials resistant to temperatures of up to 100°C.
The dimensions and position of the hole are shown in fig..
The above sizes must be respected. Remember that
incorrect installation may lead to overheating of the
adjacent surfaces.
Keep the hob at least 40 mm from the back wall or other
vertical surfaces to ensure proper ventilation and prevent
overheating of the adjacent surfaces. A gasket is supplied
with the hob. Ensure that the gasket fits properly under
the moulding of the top.
The gasket must fit properly into the corners and around
the hob so as to create an efficient seal between the top
and the hob to prevent leaks into the cabinet below.

•
Connect the connection cable to the terminal board of
the cooker, as shown in the diagram of Fig.;
•
Fit the hob in the oven pressing the moulding firmly
into place so that the hob is well attached to the Top.
Important:
The surface on which the hob is fitted must be perfectly
flat. Warping due to improper installation may alter the
