FILLING
Note: The Mill is designed to grind coarse salt and whole peppercorns.
•
Remove the stainless steel top from the Mill by twisting it counter-clockwise so that the indicator spot
moves from the lock

to the unlock

position.
•
Carefully pour peppercorns into the right hand container (grey grinder). Do not overfill.
•
Carefully pour coarse salt into the left hand container (white grinder). Do not overfill. Ensure that any spilt
salt is cleared away from around the container opening.

Replace the top back onto the unit so that the indicator spot
aligns with the unlock
²
position.
•
Twist the top clockwise to the lock

symbol so that the top clicks shut.
OPERATION
•
The size of the ground salt and pepper can be adjusted by turning the black adjustment dials on the bottom of
the Mill. Turn the dial clockwise for a finer grind and counter-clockwise for a coarser grind.
•
To grind salt press and hold the left hand button.
•
To grind pepper press and hold the right hand button.
Note: The salt or peppercorns may get blocked in the mill during use. If this occurs gently shake the Mill and try
again. If the blockage remains turn the unit upside down to try and release the blockage. As a final resort, loosen
the adjustment dial and press the button to release the items causing the blockage.
Note: Store the Salt and Pepper Mill in a warm dry place.
Note: Please remove the batteries from the unit if it is not to be used for an extended period of time.
