6. Trouble Shooting 

Problem 

Possible Cause 

Possible Solution 

The compressor 

makes a strange noise 

 

Too low voltage 

Turn off the Ice Maker. 

Ensure the voltage is normal before 

restarting. 

The Ice Drawer is full 

of ice 

Remove the ice from the Ice Drawer 

Room temperature is 

too low 

Remove the Ice Drawer. Wait several 

minutes before replacing the drawer 

and then restart the machine. 

Ice Full Indicator is on 

The sensor is broken 

Please contact Customer Service 

There is no water in the 

Water Tank 

Press the ‘Off’ button. Fill the Water 

Tank with potable water. Wait 3 

minutes and then press the ‘On, 

button 

The water pump is full 

of air 

Open the Drain Cap at the rear and 

release a small amount of water. 

The sensor is broken 

Please contact Customer Service 

Low Water Indicator is 

on  

Water conductivity is 

low 

Add a small amount of salt to the 

water 

Unit is not plugged in 

properly 

Check that the unit is properly 

plugged in and the supply switched 

on. 

 

The display does not 

come on when the unit 

is powered up. 

The fuse has blown 

Replace the fuse
