Hitching up the SW-version
When connecting a Sprinter/Pronto SW, a ball-
and-socket coupling or a swinging drawbar
hitching is mounted on the rear end of the seed
wagon.
On the ball head coupling the hold-down must
be correctly adjusted in order to reduce the
wear of the coupling and to prevent damage to
the machine.

¾
For this purpose remove the bolts (C) of the
hold-down.
¾
Pull the hold-down (F) out of the bore in the
coupling carrier.
¾
Adjust the height of the hold-down by turning
the setscrew (D) accordingly.
¾
Reinsert the hold-down into the ball carrier
again.
¾
Swing the hold-down over the ball-and-socket
coupling (E) and secure it with hold-down
bolt and spring pins. Ensure correct fit of the
spring pins.
¾
The hold-down must not be adjusted too
tightly to avoid damage. There should always
be a distance of 0.5 mm between hold-down
and ball-and-socket coupling.
