Transport
Depending on country specific regulations and
working width, the equipment can be transported
on public roads, either attached to a tractor or on
a trailer or low loader.
• The permissible dimensions and weights for
transport must be complied with.
• The tractor must be big enough, so that
sufficient steering and braking abilities are
assured.
• If the machine is hitched up in two-point
mode, the tractor link arms must be blocked
against swinging sideways.
• On a trailer or low loader, the machine must
be secured with tensioning straps, chain
binders, or other means.
• Attach lifting tackle only at the specially
marked hoisting/lifting points.
DO NOT EXCEED A MAXIMUM
TRANSPORTATION SPEED OF
20 MPH (32 KPH) DURING
TRANSPORTATION IF TOWING
THE MACHINE. LOSS OF
VEHICLE/MACHINE CONTROL
MAY/CAN RESULT IN
PROPERTY DAAMGE AND
SERIOUS PERSONAL INJURY
OR DEATH!
Hydraulic Function
Accidental hydraulic movements (e.g. caused by
passengers or children) can lead to severe
accidents and injuries!
Secure or lock the control units on the tractor.
Instruct persons to leave the swiveling
range/areas of foldable machine parts.
When operating hydraulic components, slow
down the control unit before the machine
components reach the limit stop.
Perform folding operations only after the
machine has been lifted out.
Hydraulic Control in E-Manager
On machines with E-Manager, the hydraulic
functions are selected in the menu of the control
unit. The E-Manager therefore has to be
connected to the tractor power at all times.
Depending on design and equipment, the
hydraulic functions can only be activated in the
menu ‘Machine Data’ using the menu option
‘hydraulic bout marker control’ (See E-Manager
instructions).
