4.8.8 Direction indicator
¾
Operate the selector lever on the left side of
the steering wheel to activate the front and
rear direction indicators.
Lever up = right hand direction indicator
Lever down = left hand direction indicator

4.8.9 Hazard light system
¾
Pressing the toggle switch (a) activates all
direction indicators at front and rear.

4.8.10 Windscreen wipers
¾
Check the cleaning effect of the windscreen
wipers at regular intervals. A clear vision is
mandatory for safe driving.
¾
Replace the wiper blades at the latest after
one year.
¾
In case of dirty windscreen operate the wind-
screen washer system (2) before wiping
¾
Do not operate the windscreen wipers on iced
up screens, because this could damage the
wiper lips or even the wiper motor.
Front windscreen wiper
¾
Actuate the selector lever on the right hand
side of the steering column to operate the
front windscreen wiper.
Stage (I) = Interval
Stage (II) = Continuous operation
¾
Move lever (1) back to initial position to deac-
tivate the windscreen wiper.

vate the windscreen washer system
