13.2.4 Drainage of piston
diaphragm pump with suction
filter
1. Open the filter and let all fluid run out
2. Loosen the hose from the pump.
3. Activate the piston diaphragm pump and and
keep draining for approx. 20 seconds.
13.3 Putting the sprayer
system in to winter
storage
Clean machine with fresh water
¾
See chapter “Cleaning”.
Empty the machine completely
¾
Operate the air valve and open the nozzles.
¾
Drain the suction filters.
¾
Drain the fresh water tank and the associated
lines.
¾
Open the residue drain and empty the solu-
tion tank.
¾
Operate the high pressure cleaner until all
water has run out (optional).
¾
Operate the "NightLight" (optional) for draining.
¾
Empty the pressure filter.
¾
Dismantle the hose on the pressure filter and
open the pressure output. Activate the Drain
Machine function on the terminal in the clean-
ing menu. All taps will be drained.
¾
Drain the spraying pump through the dedi-
cated drain plug and close it again after:

Drain the hand washing tank and the associ-
ated line.
Winter storage
¾
Go to the cleaning menu of the terminal and let
the automatic cleaning program run with ap-
prox. 300 litres of fresh water via the submenu.
¾
Go to the cleaning menu and let the wash-
ing program with cleaning of the illuviation
valve also run.
¾
Follow this by emptying of machine.
¾
Open the outside taps on the machine to drain
off residual quantities; then close the taps
again (see illustrations).
