ECOFILL - OPEN
1. Open the lid on the induction hopper.
2. Switch on the induction hopper.
3. Fill the required preparation quantity as cal-
culated for filling the tank into the induction
hopper (max. 45l).
4. Open the switch-over ball valve (e) and have
the content completely sucked out of the
induction hopper.
5. Close the switch-over ball valve again. If
necessary repeat this process, if more than
45 l of preparation is needed.
6. Preliminarily clean the induction hopper with
the closed circuit flushing (c).
7.
Open the switch-over ball valve and have the
contents sucked off.
8.
Close the switch-over ball valve again (e).
9.
Switch off the induction hopper.
10.Adjust the desired agitator power.
11.2.3.5 Flushing in powdery
preparations and carbonyl diamide
NOTE
Be particularly cautious when handling pow-
dery preparations or carbonyl diamide! Strict-
ly wear protective outfit and face protection!
Before spraying completely dissolve the car-
bonyl diamide by recirculating fluids. When
dissolving larger carbonyl diamide quantities
the temperature of the spraying mixture will
drop considerably, this dissolves the carbonyl
diamide much slower. The warmer the water,
the quick and better the dissolving of carbonyl
diamide.
1. Fill the spraying mixture container with approx.
500 litres of water.
2. Switch on the induction hopper.
3. Set the suction side to solution tank.
4. Open the lid on the induction hopper.
5. Switch on the injector.
6. Open the switch-over ball valve (e).
7. Switch on closed circuit flushing (c).
8.
Switch on the shock nozzle (d).
9. Fill the required preparation quantity as calcu-
lated for filling the container into the induction
hopper (max. 45l).
10.Close the switch-over ball valve again (e).
11.
Switch off the injector.
12.Fill up to the required tank contents.
13.Activate the agitator.
14.
Open the filler valve.
15.Top up the missing amount of water.
16.
Close the filling valve.
