STEP4:    The “New Partition Wizard” will appear.    Please follow its instruction till complete.   

 

 

STEP5:    When partition has completed, the external HDD will be recognized as “New Volume”. 

 

 

 

STEP6:  Double-click “My Computer”.  You will see the drive appear on your PC as “New Volume”.
