- Do not run heater cord under carpet. Do not cover cord with throw rugs, runners, or similar coverings.
- Do not route cord under furniture or appliances. Route cord away from traffic areas.
- Do not use the heater in wet and damp conditions or in bathrooms, laundry rooms, or similar
locations.
Turn off heater before unplugging.
- Do not insert any foreign object or allow foreign object to enter the ventilation opening or exhaust
opening as this may cause electric shock, fire, and/or injury.
This appliance contains no user-serviceable parts. All repairs should only be carried out by a qualified
engineer. Improper repairs may place the user at risk of harm.
Do not look at the heating lamps for prolonged periods as this may cause irritation or
damage to the eyes and should be avoided.
Do not position the heater in front of, or immediately below, a wall socket.
Do not touch the housing or any of the outlet grilles as they become hot during operation.

INSTRUCTIONS
Remove all the packaging.
1. Rotate the stand towards the back of the heater. Place heater on a level surface.
2. Set the rotating switch to 0. Connect to a suitable earthed mains socket. Switch power on.
3. Turn the rotating switch to position 1 for low heat - 400 W or position 2 for medium heat - 800 watts.
4. Do not place the heater on carpets having a very deep pile.
Note: It is normal when the heaters are turned on for the first time or when they are turned on after
having not been used for a long period of time the heaters may emit some smell and fumes. This will
disappear when the heater has been on a short while.
Warning: This heater is not equipped with a thermostat to regulate the temperature in the room.
People who are unable to leave the room by themselves may not use the heating element when not
under supervision.
CLEANING THE HEATER
Always un-plug the heater from the wall socket and allow it to cool down before cleaning.
Clean the outside of the heater by wiping with a dry cloth. Do not
use any detergents or abrasives and do not allow any water to enter the heater.
STORAGE
If the heater is used for an extended period, it should be protected from dust and stored in a clean, dry
place.
