We are only able to accept returns in the original
packaging and when accompanied by the till receipt.
Below are a number of points which will help to ensure that
the wash basin is maintained in a good condition.
The washbasin will have been subjected to a strict quality control
before leaving the factory. We, thus, guarantee a top product on
which you will have 1 year guarantee.
Check the washbasin before you install it for any damage and/or
defects. Damage and/or defects that are reported after installation
are not covered by the guarantee: “Installed means accepted”.
If you find any defects and/or damage, please contact your supplier
immediately. They will ensure that you are assisted as soon as
possible.
If tiling has to be done or if a mirror or top units have to be
installed after installing the washbasin, carefully cover the
washbasin (the washbasin is not a bench).
All washbasins made of artificial marble have been seamlessly
moulded. The whole is a mixture of crushed marble, quartz and
polyester and may have a dimensional tolerance of ± 5 mm.
Below we list a few points that will ensure that the washbasin is
kept in top condition.
