A LED (red/green) indicates the current capacity of the battery. When the indicator changes to red,
the batteries should be replaced after use.
The ON/OFF switch sits recessed in the rim of the housing underneath the lamp.
The FlashMax provides a sequential light and self-synchronizes when switching on, by integrated
radio modules (868 MHz). No additional switches needed, and not necessary to start operation on
board of vehicle.
Switch lamps ON one after the other (switch sits in the lower rim of the lamp in the front side).
The sequential light sets up in order of switching ON. A set of four lamps synchronizes within ap-
prox. 10 - 15 seconds.
In case the synchronization fails, switch all lamps OFF and then ON again (take care of their position
within the line) or put them closer together.
Other than conventional infrared technology, the units can be placed around as you wish.
The synchronization process remains active for approx. 5 minutes after switching ON. During this
time the number of lamps can be increased up to ten. For a proper synchronization process di-
stance between lamps shall not exceed 10 meters.
Once the synchronization took place and the sequential light runs stable, the lamps can be positi-
oned at any distance and at any place.
In the dark a low intensity background light is automatically added by a photosensor, the luminous
intensity is then dimmed in order to avoid dazzling of motorists.
As leaking batteries can damage the electronics, make sure to remove batteries before longer sto-
rage of FlashMax (90 days or more).
Do not store the Flash Max with old or empty batteries because beside the physical damage this will
result in loss of warranty.
The synchronization process remains active for approx. 5 minutes after having switched ON the
lamps. During this time you can increase the number of lamps up to 10 Synchron LED lamps.
Once the synchronisation process is completed, the lamps can be positioned at any distance
desired.
Light intensity is controlled via photosensor depending from ambient light conditions.
As leaking battery fluid will cause lasting damages to the electronics, make sure to remove the bat-
teries if the FlashMax remains un-used over a longer period (90 days or more).
! Don’t store the Flash Max with inserted batteries !
We would like to point out explicitly that warranty will expire prematurely, in case of damaged elec-
tronics due to leaking battery fluid.
