SPEED
Indicates how fast your walking or running
surface is moving.
ELEVATION
Indicates the incline of your walking or
running surface.
DISTANCE
Indicates the miles or kilometres travelled
during your workout.
PULSE/LAPS
Indicates the number of times you have
travelled around the lap profile window. One
lap equals 1
⁄
4 of a mile. NOTE: Pulse will be
displayed if the heart rate handlebars are
being used. The pulse reading is measured in
beats per minute.
CALORIES
Indicates the total number of calories burned
during your workout.
