• 

MANUAL:

 Allows “On The Fly” manual speed and incline 

changes. Time-based goal.

• 

INTERVALS:

 Walk or run at a series of alternating paced 

speed levels. Time-based goal.

• 

MoUNTAIN WALK:

 Creates the feel of walking over a 

mountain. Time-based goal.

• 

WEIGHT LoSS WALK:

 Keeps user in their optimal fat 

burning zone. Time-based goal.

• 

HILL WALK:

 Simulates walking over hills and helps burn 

fat at an increased rate. Time-based goal.

• 

CARDIo CHALLENGE:

 Tones muscle and provides a 

strong cardio workout. Time-based goal.

• 

ENDURANCE CHALLENGE:

 Tones muscle and 

challenges cardiovascular system. Time-based goal.

GETTING STARTED

1)  Check to make sure no objects are placed on the belt 

that will hinder the movement of the treadmill.

2)  Plug in the power cord and turn the treadmill ON.

3)  Stand on the side rails of the treadmill.

4)  Attach the safety key clip to part of your clothing.

5)  Insert the safety key into the safety keyhole in the 

console.

6)  You have two options to start your workout:

       

A)  QUICK START UP

Simply press the START key to begin working out. OR...

       B)  SELECT A TARGET AND WoRKoUT

Select a PROgRAM using one of the QUICK 

PROgRAM keys (MANUAL, INTERVALS, MOUNTAIN, 

WALK, WEIgHT LOSS WALK, HILL WALK, CARDIO 

CHALLENgE, ENDURANCE CHALLENgE.)

       C)  SELECT A TIME

Select a Time using the ARROW keys or use the Quick 

TIME keys. Once a TIME has been chosen, press START.

• 

QUICK KEY oPERATIoN:

 Once you have started your 

program you can quickly change your speed and incline level.

• 

To RESET CoNSoLE:

 Hold STOP key for 3 seconds.                                     

• 

FINISHING YoUR WoRKoUT:

 When your workout is 

complete your workout information will stay displayed on the 

console for 30 seconds and then reset.

• 

CLEAR CURRENT SELECTIoN:

 To clear the current 

program selection or screen, hold the STOP button for 3 

seconds.

• 

SCAN VIEWING SCREENS:

 To have the display screen 

rotate continuously (Time, Incline, Pulse and Distance, Speed, 

Calories):

    - Hold Change Display / Enter Button for 4-5 seconds

    - Console will beep twice when activated.

    - To deactivate, press enter one time without holding.
