: Shown as minutes : seconds. View the time remaining or the time elapsed in your workout.

DISTANCE
: Shown as miles. Indicates distance traveled during your workout.

SPEED
: Shown as KM/H. Indicates how fast your walking or running surface is moving.

INCLINE
: Shown as percent. Indicates the incline of your walking or running surface.
•
CALORIES:
Total calories burned during your workout.
•
HEART RATE
: Shown as BPM (beats per minute). Used to monitor your heart rate (displayed when contact is made
with both pulse grips).

PACE:
Indicates how many minutes it takes to complete a mile while running or walking at your current speed.
•
WATTS:
Indicates the power output at your current speed and incline.
•
CALORIES/ HOUR:
Indicates the number of calories you will burn in an hour at your current speed and incline

Each vertical segment represents a speed or incline unit, each horizontal segment represents time.
