Logs archives
◆
Logs archives can only be created (See 4.3.2. Archives creation, page 7-26 ). A log archive can be
full or partial. It is required when the last logs archive dates from more than 1 month.
QC archives
◆
QC archives correspond to the closed control results. They can only be created (See 4.3.2. Archives
creation, page 7-26 ).
◆
A QC archive can be full or partial. It is required at each control closing.
Analyse archives
◆
Analyse archives correspond to the patient results. They can only be created (See 4.3.2. Archives
creation, page 7-26 ).
◆
A result archive can be full or partial. It is required when more than 990 results are present in the
historic.
4.3.2. Archives creation
◆
The archives creation consists in saving instrument settings (" Settings "), instrument adjustments
(" Analyser "), logs (" Logs "), closed control results (" QC ") or patient results (" Analyses ") on an
USB key.
◆
Archives can be created anytime.
◆
However, the instrument informs the user when archives are required. A message is displayed in
the "
Status " area.
When an archive requirement message is displayed, the user can:

Create an archive (See Creating an archive, page 7-26 ).
◆
Press " Reset " button in the " Arch. " tab if user does not want to create an archive at this time
( Diag.7-33 ).
◆
The archive requirement message is deleted in the status area.
Creating an archive
In the " Arch. " tab:
1- Press one of the five radio buttons: " Settings ", " Analyser ", " Logs ", " QC " or " Analyses " to select
the category to archive.
2- User has two options:

To create a full archive of the selected category: press " Complete " button ( Diag.7-34 ).

To create a partial archive of the selected category: press the " Incremental " button ( Diag.7-35 ).

A dialog box is displayed: " Please insert your USB key into the front slot of the instrument.

" Scientist " profile.
