Do not restrict the flow of air through the hose e.g. by kinking it or fitting a smaller diameter
connector to mount to a wall opening.

Avoid the hose making U shaped curves as this will restrict the flow of air and increase the chance
that water will collect in the hose.
●
Check the hose regularly to remove any build-up of fluff or water that may have collected in it.
