4.7 PHD Server's interpolation and extrapolation

PHD uses both interpolation and extrapolation to provide a value at any given time. This
anticipates what the value would be at a specific time, based on known data.

•

Interpolation derives a value at a specific time between stored data values.

•

Extrapolation derives values for a point in time that has not yet been stored.
