Instromet Mexicana S. de R.L. de C.V. warrants this product to be free from defects in the workmanship or materials, under 

normal use and service, for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase by the consumer. If at any time during the 

warranty period the product is determined to be defective or malfunctions, Instromet Mexicana S. de R.L. de C.V. shall repair 

or replace (at Instromet’s option) under the following terms:
1.  Return the product and the warranty policy, with a bill of sale or other dated proof of purchase, to the place from which 

you purchased or to the following address:

2.  Or you can call Customer Care at 01-800-083-5925 for Mexico (see phones for other countries). Customer Care will 

make the determination whether the product should be returned or whether a replacement product can be sent to you 

without any cost covering the expenses derived from the fulfillment of this warranty including transportation cost. It is 

not necessary to order parts or accessories. The product will be replaced under this warranty.

Note: This warranty does not cover removal or reinstallation costs. It doesn’t apply if the defect or malfunction was caused 

by damage which occurred while the product was in the possession of a consumer or normal degradation.
Instromet’s sole responsibility shall be to repair or replace the product within the terms stated above. Instromet Mexicana 

S. de R.L. de C.V. shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind, including any incidental or consequential damages 

resulting, directly or indirectly, from any breach of any warranty, express or implied, or any other failure of this product. 
This warranty is the only express warranty Instromet Mexicana S. de R.L. de C.V. makes on this product. The duration of any 

implied warranties including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, is hereby limited to the 

one-year duration of this warranty.
This warranty is not valid in the following situations:
1.  When the product has been used in conditions other than normal (those for which it is intended).
2.  When the product has not been operated in accordance with the instructions for use and installation provided.
3.  When the product has been altered or repaired by persons not authorized by Instromet Mexicana S. de R.L. de C.V.
