This guide will go over how to set up the MS 3780 Scanner with CornerStore
The MS 3780 scanner requires no drivers or installation and can be used for CornerStore, however if you
already have items in your database, then the format of the codes may be different. The default for the
scanner is to read 8 digits on the UPC-E codes, and 12 digits on the UPC-A codes.
Check the barcode to the item number in the database to see how you need to configure the scanner.
UPC-E codes can read 6 to 8 digits. Whereas UPC-A codes can read 10-12 digits.
