When you have finished setting the desired recording time, select
Accept
and
press
Enter
. The HRDVS saves the time settings for the day you have selected—
or for the week if you used the Copy feature—and returns you to the Calendar
Setup screen.

To set the calendar for weekend recording:
a.
On the Calendar Setup screen, select
Saturday
.
b.
Select
Clear
so that all the buttons are grey. This will set Alternate recording for
Saturday.
c.
Select
Accept
and press
Enter
. You are returned to the Calendar Setup screen.

Select
Sunday
and repeat

Select the cameras and set the compression and recording rates for the Timelapse
cameras you wish to record from in Alternate mode. On the Alternate Setup screen

a.
Set the Record Rate to
0
fps. 0 fps records only motion events (no time-lapse) in
Alternate mode.
b.
Set the desired Compression Ratio. Options are 10 to 50, in increments of 5.
c.
Select all cameras that you wish to record for the mode selected. Green
(depressed) buttons indicate activated cameras. For timelapse, in this example:
Record Rate
is set to
0
as we do not wish to record Timelapse in the alternate
schedule.

Set up Event Mask for Alternate recording hours:
a.
On the Alternate Setup screen, select
Alternate
. The Event Mask Setup screen
for Alternate recording displays.
b.
Enable those cameras that will be used for motion detection; that is, when motion
is detected, the cameras you defined in
will record in Alternate recording
times only.
