3. Set the schedule start and end time for the day selected. Schedule times are set in 15
minute increments for each hour, using the 24-hour clock format.
Note As you select each button, it will appear lowered on the screen.
Example
To schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (9:00 to 17:30 on the 24-hour clock format):
a. Select all the buttons from row 09 up to row 16.
b. In row 17, select the 00 button and the 15 button.
4. To copy the settings you have selected in the active screen to all other day screens,
select
Copy , then press Enter . You will hear a single beep, indicating that the copy
process has started.
To clear all selected items in the active screen, select Clear , then press Enter .
To record for an entire 24-hour period, select Set , then press Enter .
5. When you have finished setting the desired schedule time, select Accept and press
Enter . The HRDVS saves the time settings for the day you have selected—or for the
week if you used the Copy feature—and returns you to the Calendar Setup screen.
