Report Generation
When you have finished setting the motion report criteria, select OK to return to the Create
New Report screen, then Accept to return to the Reports main menu.
To see your new report, press Run a Report . The report you created displays on the Select
Reports drop-down list.
Running a Report
After you create a report, you may run it from the Run a Report screen. Access this screen
as follows:

To run a report:
1. Use the control buttons to scroll through the report list.
2. Highlight the report you want to run, then press Enter . The search and extraction
process based on your search criteria begins.
Motion Zone Layout Grid Move cursor to area to open the layout grid. Press Enter to initiate a flashing cursor
in the center square of the grid. Squares with a 1 inside are selected to detect
motion. Empty squares are de-selected.
To activate the currently selected square press camera 1. Using the directional
arrows, each subsequent empty square moved to will be automatically selected.
Press
Enter when you are done activating or press camera 2 to de-activate squares.
To de-activate the currently selected square press camera 2. Using the directional
arrows, each subsequent activated square moved to will be automatically
de-selected. Press
Enter when you are done or press camera 1 to activate squares.
Press camera 8 to de-activate all selected squares.
