How to Set a System with Groups
On systems that have several independent groups (areas), it is possible to perform combination sets and unsets.
Note:
Some systems may not have groups, in which case the
Group List
screen is not displayed.
To set groups:

1.
Do one of the following:
a)
Present a valid Prox tag at the reader for 3 seconds.
b)
On the
Home
screen, press the
Security
icon, enter
a valid
PIN
(Personal Identification Number) code,
and then press
ent
.
Any faults on the system will be displayed now (see
How to Set the System
).
2.
Press the
Timed Set
icon. A list of the groups and their
set status is displayed.
3.
Do one of the following:
a)
Press any groups you wish set (
Unset
changes to
To
Set
), and press the tick icon.
b)
Press
Set All
(the
Warning
– Ready to set all
groups
message is displayed for a few seconds).
The
Exit Time
in seconds begins to countdown.
4.
Exit the building while the exit tone is sounding. A
double beep confirms setting completion.
Notes:
You may have access to some or all of the available groups.
If your user code is accepted, the system displays the groups to
which you have access.
When exit delay time expires, the screen automatically returns to the
Home
screen.
