2.10 Calibration Cap
The calibration cap, which is provided as part of the package, is required
to do a bump test or calibration. Use this method to apply calibration gas
to the gas detector.
1. Connect a tube from a cylinder of cali-
bration gas to the calibration cap’s right
spigot.
2. To attach the calibration cap to the gas
detector, hook the cap’s left clip to the
corresponding groove of the detector
and snap the right clip into place.
