ASSEMBLY
4. Press button on the Bottom collar to fold out legs.
(Press again to release legs and fold them in).
5. Lift up on drying arms to fold them out.
(Press button on Top collar to fold drying arms in).
**Note: This drying rack is designed to be used with clothes placed
on hangers. Use only heavy duty plastic hangers.
